This Blog is not meant to replace our e-mail or the web site....www.ohioaktion.org but rather augment our communication with one another. Hopefully, you will have an opportunity to visit often, post your comments and suggestions and exchange valuable ideas for projects and activities. At the advisors meeting during the Aktion Conference in August, you asked for "more and better communications". This blog will address your request.
The success of this form of communication will depend entirely upon your contributions. Please feel free to use it for any questions, comments, suggestions, tips, ideas,......we want this to be your "thought exchange" vehicle for anything related to any aspect of Aktion. Keep in mind, there are no stupid questions.

Introduction
Hello to all of you Aktion Club Advisors!
Bob King has asked me to coordinate a communication blog in order to keep you abreast of Aktion Club activities and also to have a place for you to ask any questions/problems/concerns you may have regarding your Aktion Club. I may have some answers/suggestions, but hopefully advisors from other Aktion Clubs in Ohio will read this blog regularly and just jump on and post some of their suggestions and/or what they are doing. We also want to use this as a forum to get input from you to help us develop a step by step by step system of building, nurturing and supporting Aktion Clubs in Ohio.
My first order of business from Bob is that he would like me to form an Advisory Committee to help develop a daily activity agenda for the participates for the next 2008 convention. I am asking for any volunteers who would like to be on this committee to help me. Would you like to be on the committee? I think we can do this through the blog and or email. I do not think we will have to meet unless you think it is necessary. Please let me know if you are interested in helping me with this committee. I would love to have 5 volunteers from different Aktion Club advisors. Thank you! I am hoping to hear from you soon.
